How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches out to Marchcamp Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
You may contact us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Marchcamp Pest Control
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, pricing, products, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done at your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Marchcamp Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you may also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Washington.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@marchcamp.garden and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us
After You Write
We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. Afterward, we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Satisfied?
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau.
